FAQs

What even is breathwork?

1

Breathwork is an active breathing practice that uses conscious breathing to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and stress relief.

Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, lighter, and more connected to themselves. Every experience is different, and there is no right or wrong way to do it.

Do I need experience?

2

Not at all. I'll guide you through the entire experience step-by-step, and you're always welcome to go at your own pace.

You don't need to know anything beforehand. Just come as you are.

What can I expect during a session?

3

Each session begins with a grounding practice to help you settle into your body and arrive in the space.

From there, you'll be guided through an active breathwork journey while lying comfortably on your yoga mat. We'll close with time for rest, reflection, and integration.

The overall experience is designed to feel supportive, welcoming, and accessible.

Is this therapy?

4

No.

Breathwork can be a powerful complement to therapy and personal growth work, but it is not a replacement for mental health care, medical treatment, or psychotherapy.

Can I book a private session?

5

Yes.

Private breathwork sessions are available for individuals, couples, and small groups. If you're interested, you can schedule a connection call to learn more and determine whether it's the right fit.

What if I’m nervous?

6

That's completely normal.

Trying something new can feel vulnerable, especially in a group setting. Many people arrive feeling a little nervous and leave feeling surprised by how comfortable and welcomed they felt.

There is nothing to perform, achieve, or get right here.
