Group Breathwork
One hour to quiet the mind, soften the nervous system, and open the heart. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to create safety and reconnect you to your body, then transition into a holotropic-inspired active breathwork journey designed to move emotion, release tension, and expand awareness. We’ll close with guided integration to help you gently return feeling clearer, lighter, and more deeply connected to yourself.
