Let the wildness of nature — and your own heart — lead the way.
Join us for an evening of intuitive breathwork and yoga in the beautiful Sawyer Park. This gathering is an opportunity to shake off the noise of everyday life, reconnect with your body and breath, and root yourself in the magic of the Earth.

What to Expect:
✨ A welcoming circle to ground and connect
✨ Gentle, nature-inspired yoga led outdoors
✨ Guided intuitive breathwork journey
✨ Closing circle and optional time for connection
All practices are beginner-friendly and trauma-informed. Come exactly as you are — no experience necessary.

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat or towel

  • Blanket or extra layers (it may cool down in the evening)

  • Water bottle

  • Journal and pen (optional)

  • Anything that helps you feel cozy outdoors (like a hat or socks)
