Summer Solstice Women’s Circle: Breathwork, Movement & Connection

As the seasons shift, this gathering offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be held in community with other women.

Together, we'll create a gentle evening of breath, movement, reflection, and connection designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, and deeper self-awareness. Through guided breathwork, somatic movement, calming yoga, journaling, and sound healing, you'll be invited to soften out of the constant doing of everyday life and return to your own inner rhythm.

This is a space to come exactly as you are — whether you're feeling overwhelmed, craving connection, moving through change, or simply longing for a moment to pause and breathe.

Many women leave feeling lighter, calmer, more connected to themselves, and more supported in the season they're currently moving through.
