Weekly Group Breathwork


Take an hour to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself through breath, sound, and presence. Hosted weekly on Wednesdays, from 7 - 8 PM.

Together, we'll gather in a small, welcoming group and begin with a grounding meditation to help you settle into your body. From there, Avery will guide an active, holotropic-inspired breathwork journey designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, clarity, and deeper self-awareness.

We'll close with a 15-minute crystal bowl sound bath, creating space for the experience to gently integrate as you rest, receive, and simply be.

Many participants leave feeling lighter, calmer, more present, and more deeply connected to themselves.

Whether you're completely new to breathwork or returning to deepen your practice, you're warmly welcome.

What to Expect

  • Guided grounding meditation

  • Active breathwork journey led by Avery

  • 15-minute crystal bowl sound bath for integration

  • Intimate group setting (maximum 10 participants)

  • Space for reflection, curiosity, and authentic connection

What to Bring

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket (optional)

  • Eye mask (recommended)

  • Comfortable clothing with a loose-fitting waistband

Before you arrive

  • Avoid heavy meals and excess fluids for ~ 2 hours beforehand.
